This series comprises reports of the attendance at fires and emergency incidents, including those that are false alarms.

A Fire / Incident Report was regarded as an official record of the firefighting operations of VA 483 Metropolitan Fire Brigades Board, compiled on numbered P669 and P652 forms.

The report provided a precis of the incident including incident number, the date and time of incident, description of incident, incident address, Local Government Area (LGA), Location National Grid Reference, number of MFB personnel and vehicles, number of injuries or fatalities, structure type and property use, mobile (vehilce) details, owner, Breathing Apparatus (BA) used, keys used and report author.
