VPRS 17301 Veterinary Lists

Full description

The Veterinary Surgeons Act 1887 (as amended) and the Veterinary Practitioners Act 1997 provide for the publication of an annual list of Registered Veterinary Practitioners in Victoria.

The list was not widely distributed but could be purchased from the Board.

Information contained in the annual lists includes:
* Name of the Practitioner,
* Address, and
* Qualifications.

In later years the details expanded to include:
* registration number,
* date of registration,
* telephone number,
* year the practitioner gained their qualification, and
* field of employment.

Over the years the title of the list has changed. These name changes are reflected in the consignment details.
