Full description

This series records Orders in council, or memorandums put before the Governor in Council by the Railway Construction and Property Board, for approval of changes to land status, vestment of land or land transactions in accordance with the provisions of the Railway Construction and Property Board Act 1979.

The Memorandum includes a recommendation from the Chairman of the Board for a specific change of status in regard to a certain piece of land, along with an authorised copy of the approved gazette, vesting plan and title. The documents are arranged chronologically by date received.
