Full description

This series contains volumes of certain judgements, orders and decrees made by the Supreme Court of Victoria in Bendigo. The great majority of the matters in these volumes relate to divorce cases, and therefore are Decree Nisi documents.

The court documents have been pasted into the volumes with accompanying annotation that acknowledges receipt of the original court document by the Deputy Prothonotary of the Supreme Court, the signature of the person receiving the original, and the date. This annotation is usually to be found at the bottom of the page.
