This series compirses a single volume that records two aspects of Council governance.

The first part of the volume (folios 34-99) records protests by Councillors in relation to decisions and actions of Council for the period 1908-1924. Protests should also be recorded in the Council Minutes (VPRS 16246).

The second part of the volume (folios 100 onwards) records notices of motion that were lodged with Town Clerk and covers the period 1924-1941.
