The document has been water damaged and although conservation treatment was undertaken in 2008 some pages are difficult to read.The second item in the series is an A3 sized photocopy of the first document.The remaining documents are Deeds relating to the purchase of land between 1891 and 1910, mostly in the Parish of Moorabbin.Prior to transfer to Public Record Office Victoria, the records in this series were maintained as part of the Royal Children's Hospital (RCH) Archives. Full description

This series consists of a collection of Deeds prepared for the Royal Children's Hospital relating to the purchase of land and the establishment of Trusts and the appointment of Trustees. The documents are large format parchments.

The first document in the series is a Deed relating to the purchase of land in Carlton for the new hospital from Justice Redmond Barry in 1876 and the establishment of a Trust. Subsequent Deed Polls add or remove Trustees as necessary and are dated 1882, 1887, 1890 and 1891. The document has been water damaged and although conservation treatment was undertaken in 2008 some pages are difficult to read.

The second item in the series is an A3 sized photocopy of the first document.

The remaining documents are Deeds relating to the purchase of land between 1891 and 1910, mostly in the Parish of Moorabbin.
