The series comprises minutes of meetings and contractual information concerning the Board and its interests during the transition of transport franchising in Victoria.

MET TRAIN 2 was the successful tenderer for the privatisation and was trading as Hillside Trains. This consignment also contains information on Bayside Trains, and the allocation statements and legal records of both were likely reference material for Board members discussion.
