VPRS 16121 Planning Scheme Record Cards

Full description

The Plan Inspection Section(s) of the Town and Country Planning Board VA 516, Department of Planning VA 599 and the Department of Planning and Environment VA 1024 maintained the Planning Scheme Record Cards from 1946 to 1988.

Statutory dates relevant to the statutory process were recorded for all Victorian Planning Schemes, Interim Development Orders, Revocations and Amendments during this period.

Coloured cards were used to categorise Victorian Planning Controls:

- Blue :Metropolitan Principal Schemes
- Green :Metropolitan Principal Schemes Amendments
- Pink :Principal Schemes outside of Board of Works approved area
- Salmon : Amendments to Principal Schemes outside of Board of Works approved area.
- White :MMBW amendments and Local Development Schemes
- Yellow :Planning Schemes prepared by the Town and Country Planning Board and Regional Authorities.
