This series consists of copies of summaries of the disposal of estates purchased for closer and soldier settlement. Details given are the name of the vendor, the purchase price as well as the location and area of the land. The name of the estate may be that of the previous owner or occupier. Other details are the value placed on improvements and the selling value of the property.

The bottom portion of each summary gives the details of the division of the land (if any) into blocks or lots and their areas, the capital value and with space for the entry of the deposit amount and that of half yearly payment instalments.
