This series was created to register cases of prosecution of traders for offences against the Acts and Regulations administered by the Department of Labour and Industry (VA 1027) during the period 1953 to 1986. The information recorded included:

- Case No
- File No
- Complaint inspector's name
- Defendants Name
- nature of offence, (holiday pay, under payment, shop opening hours)
- Date of Industrial Court Hearing
- Summons issued
- Result (fined)
- Remarks (dismissed, withdrawn, summons returned)
- Locality where offence was committed.
