Full description

The subjects of this collection of photographs include plant and equipment, goods for transport, vessels, people, buildings, port facilities, landscapes and events. Many of the photographs have been taken at places other than Geelong. Some photographs are described and dated; others are not.
The collection includes negatives and transparencies. All of the developed photographs are black and white prints.
The collection of photographs is not indexed. There is no particular order of intellectual arrangement. Physically, some photographs are in files while the majority are in the envelopes to which they were allocated when processed.
