This record series comprises a collection of photographic negatives, slides, colour transparencies and photographs about subjects within Geelong and the region.
The photographs are arranged in paper envelopes, plastic sleeves and manila folders. The photographs are in both black and white and colour. They are controlled by a sequential numbering system. The photographs include the name of the subject and the date on which the photograph was taken.
An index and a register have been produced to provide access to the series. They are to be found at the beginning of Unit 1.
