Full description

This series consisted of Notices of Motions initiated by councillors. The notices expressed the intention of councillors to move particular motions at designated council meetings and were signed by councillors.

Units 1-4 contained the name of the councillor proposing the motion, the text of the motion and whether the motion was carried, not seconded and lapsed, referred to committee or postponed.

Units 5-6 contained the motion text and the name of the councillor proposing the motion. Unit 6 also included an acknowledgement letter from the Town Clerk or Chief Executive Officer informing the councillor proposing the motion when it was to be put to Council.
