Full description

This record was created to register the properties obtained and subsequently managed by the Council. Each property is recorded on a separate sheet, with some or all of the following details recorded: name of building or area, location, purpose and date of purchase or resumption of the property, lot or portion details, from whom the property was acquired, at what price and when, terms of purchase, particulars of the building, and plant associated with the building. The reverse of the page provides lists of purchases made for the buildings or plant, and updates regarding the property's value.
