Full description

This series consisted of notices of motion which were submitted to the Council by various councillors. The notices expressed the intention of councillors to move particular motions at designated council meetings. The motions were listed in chronological order by date of submission. As they were submitted, the notices of motion were assigned a number. The notices of motion were handwritten or typed then pasted into the Register.
