Visitors' book was signed by some of those who visited the City as guests of the Lord Mayor and Lady Mayoress. The Visitors' Book was inaugurated with the official opening of the Civic Centre Complex on 24 May 1978. The first signatories were the Governor of Victoria and Lady Governor.
