This series comprises minutes of the Barwon Heads Infant Welfare Centre Committee. Following a public meeting held on 13 February 1957 a committee known as the Barwon Heads Infant Welfare Centre Committee was formed. The Committee undertook to raise funds for the erection of a new Infant Welfare Centre. The inaugural meeting of the Committee was held on 15 February
