This series contains the reports of the Treasurer. The reports comprise a statement showing the receipt and expenditure of moneys during the period since the last Report and also the state of the bank account at the end of the period.

Reference is made in the Council Minutes to reports. This series is the only source in which the report can be found in full. Many Council decisions were based on recommendations in the reports to Council.
