This series consists of a set of cards containing mining production statistics for individual mines created by the Mines Department (VA 612).

Information recorded on the cards includes the mine name, reef name, mining district, the division of the mining district, the year of mining, the total number of tons of quartz that was crushed, the total number of ounces of gold yielded, the pennyweight (Dwt), particulars, remarks, bibliography of reports containing the particulars of workings, and any general comments.
