This series consists of copies of outward correspondence created and maintained by Foster Waterworks Trust (VA 2090). Retention of copies of outward correspondence despatched from the office allows for future reference. Correspondence covers all functions associated with the Waterworks Trust.

South Gippsland Water Board (VA 2677) assumed responsibility for the functions and region covered by Foster Waterworks Trust.
