This series comprises the list of subject classifications and authorised terms according to which correspondence and files in VPRS 6008 General Correspondence Files were classified.

This scheme classified all functions and activities within the agency so that, when a particular transaction took place, the correspondence documenting the transaction could be placed on the relevant file.
