VPRS 14573 Reports to Council

Full description

This series comprises volumes of reports submitted to meetings of the council and committees of the Shire of Swan Hill (VA 4385). Reports were presented at council and committee meetings, and consequently were referred to in VPRS 12931 Council Minutes and other records created by the Shire of Swan Hill.

Individual volumes contain different types of reports and include Health Inspector's reports, Engineer's Reports, Building Inspector's Reports, Shire Secretary's Accounts and various others. These records were created as part of the same process that created the minutes of the meetings but unlike the practise of many other local government councils were not incorporated into the council minutes.
