This series contains files relating to the sale and transfer of Ecogen Energy Pty Ltd. ACN 065-325-206 Limited was a shell company established to manage the sale of assets associated with Newport Power Station and Jeeralang Power Station. ACN 065-325-206 never traded. When the gas, electricity, and power business was sold by Generation Victoria who also traded as "Ecogen" the company was sold for $15 as it was a cheaper option than having it deregistered.
