This series comprises SECV Office of the Administrator general subject files concerning the sale of SECV International Ltd. SECV International Pty Ltd commenced trading in October 1992. The principal operations were provision of consulting services to energy and mining authorities throughout South East Asia and Australia. The business was sold in 1995. The series contains Power of Attorney of the SECV, shareholders resolution documents and correspondence in relation to the proposed sale of SECV International, information in relation to a solar survey contract, and a share sale agreement.
