This series provides summaries of leases and licences issued, revoked, cancelled and transferred by the month and annually for each relevant Section of a Land Act. These statistics would have been based upon returns submitted by District land offices as well as the Occupation Branch of the Department of Crown Lands and Survey. Eventually, in their cumulative form, they were able to be used for the Annual Report of the Minister to Parliament. Details given are such things as numbers, area, amount of rent paid and area in acres.
