Documentation for the volume provided by WorkCover revealed that the volume was a 'Register of  Applications For Factory Certificates, Book 7, 21/9/1915 - 1924'. This series was originally registered to account for a register proposed for transfer from WorkCover in 1999 but which did not subsequently occur.

Evaluation of documentation in 2025 originally produced by a service provider as part of the transfer of VPRS 6953, also led to a consideration of this series. Documentation for the volume provided by WorkCover revealed that the volume was a 'Register of  Applications For Factory Certificates, Book 7, 21/9/1915 - 1924'. This evaluation concluded that this volume is almost certainly Book 7 of the sequence of volumes that makes up the makes up VPRS 6953/C4.   

Accordingly, there is no need for this volume to be register in this manner and the details of this volume have now been included in the series description for VPRS 6953.
