This record contains details of refunds granted to individuals or organisations for payments previously made to particular Government funds under the charge of the Treasurer. Each entry relating to a particular refund contained the following details:

Treasury Registration No.
Register Voucher No. (the receipt no. of the original payment)
Amount refunded
Charge (area of responsibility under the treasurer whereby initial payment was received, for example Estate Agents Guarantee Fund, Court Fines etc.)
Particulars (reason for refund, for example License fee overpaid, Fine set aside etc.)
Date authorised and paid (by Department)

Details in this record were subsequently posted to VPRS 11330 Cash Books: Expenditure (Consolidated Revenue Fund)
