This series comprises management reports presented to meetings of the Portland Harbour Trust Board/Portland Harbour Authority (VA 1427).

The reports presented include reports from the Chairman, the Secretary, and other senior officers.

System of Arrangement/Control

The reports were filed roughly in alphabetical order by title of the managerial position ie Accountant, Chairman, Chief Engineer, Finance Manager, Harbour Master, Human Resources Manager, etc. Minutes of Board Meetings (VPRS 11890 Minutes of Board Meetings) were filed separately from these reports.
