The Seal Register recorded the use of the Authority's seal on documents created by the Authority. Examples of sealed documents were contracts, agreements, applications for redemption of inscribed stock, and applications for easements.Typically, the register would be divided into the following column headings: Minute folio authorising uses (referring to the folio in VPRS 11586/P1 Minutes Tarago Water Board); Date of use and seal; Description of document sealed; and Initials of persons attesting seal.
