In accordance with the Education Act 1958 (No.6240) Section 13 (1), a school council was constituted by order of the Governor in Council to exercise and discharge such powers and duties as are conferred and imposed upon it in relation to the school. This Constituting Order, dated and signed by the Clerk of the Executive Council, is to be found at the beginning of each of these files.
