This series comprises a volume created by the Office of the Ombudsman (VA 1037) to index file numbers allocated to files created in the course of investigating complaints in its general jurisdiction. This index incorporates information for all investigations undertaken in the General Jurisdiction including those where the relevant file in VPRS 11347 was authorised for destruction.

The index records only the name of the person, association, organisation or Member of Parliament making the complaint and the file number allocated to the file.
