Full description

This series appears to have been used to by Shire Secretary to draft outward letters in 1874. In some pages 1879 accounts were recorded.

The volume in which the above letters and accounts were kept was used later by VA 4035 Shire of Wimmera Waterworks Trust to record meetings of the Trust Commissioners. These minutes commence at folio 26 of the volume. See the series registration for VPRS 11177 Rough Minute Book for more information.
