In relation to prisoners charged with capital offences, the information comprises the prisoner's number, name, date convicted and sentence. This record was compiled on 5 November 1947.
In relation to absconders, the information is arranged by the date that the prisoner absconded. It includes the prisoner's number, name, the date on which the prisoner absconded, whence absconded and the date on which the prisoner was arrested.
In relation to prisoners serving life sentences, information includes the prisoner's number, name, and date sentenced.
In relation to prisoners serving sentences of two years and over, the information is arranged in alphabetical sequences according to the prisoners' names. Information includes the prisoner's number, name and the date sentenced.
