Vegetation Management Act property maps of assessable vegetation - This dataset was processed on 24 June 2025.Property Maps of Assessable Vegetation (PMAV) are created pursuant to the sections 20B to 20G of the Vegetation Management Act 1999 as amended to 2004 Act No.33. PMAVs are certified property scale maps and allow landholders to clear regrowth in Category X areas without further approval and areas where approval is required. See additional information also.

Vegetation management essential habitat map no attribute - version 12.14 - This dataset was certified on 3/07/2025. The essential habitat map as defined by s20AC(1) of the Vegetation Management Act 1999.
Vegetation management pre-clear regional ecosystem map - version 13.00 - This dataset was certified on 15/11/2023. Pre-clearing regional ecosystems are vegetation communities in a bioregion that are consistently associated with a particular combination of geology, landform and soil. This map uses the same data that is published by the Qld Herbarium for pre-clear regional ecosystems. The only difference is that this map displays the 'regional ecosystem class' to define endangered, of concern and least concern as defined by section 22LA-LC of the Vegetation Management Act 1999 (VMA). The Qld Herbarium dataset uses 'biodiversity status' which is different to the 'regional ecosystem class' that is used under the VMA. For vegetation management purposes please use this dataset. This dataset should not be used to determine environmentally sensitive areas that are used for regulation of the resources industry through provisions in the Environmental Protection Act 1994.

Provides regional ecosystem and vegetation management status information to support the Regulated Vegetation Management map. Based on version 13.00 regional ecosystem mapping. Whole of state dataset can be downloaded in Geodatabase format only.
Vegetation management watercourse and drainage feature map (1:100000 and 1:250000) - Queensland except South East Queensland Version 7.02 - This dataset was certified on 30/01/2025. The vegetation management watercourse and drainage feature map (1:100,000 – 1:250,000) as defined by s20AB of the Vegetation Management Act 1999. This dataset contains watercourse and drainage features covering all local government areas except Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Logan and Redlands, for all development applications to clear vegetation in Queensland, except in South East Queensland. It is also used for self-assessment under accepted development clearing codes and area management plans in Queensland, except in South East Queensland. Under the Vegetation Management Act 1999 a:• watercourse has the meaning given by the Water Act 2000, section 5, but a reference to a watercourse in this Act includes a reference to anywhere that is downstream of the downstream limit of the watercourse.• drainage feature has the meaning given by the Water Act 2000, schedule 4.

The vegetation management watercourse and drainage feature map (1:100,000 – 1:250,000) as defined by s20AB of the Vegetation Management Act 1999. This dataset contains watercourse and drainage features covering South East Queensland for the local government areas of Brisbane, Moreton Bay, Gold Coast, Sunshine Coast, Noosa, Logan and Redlands for development assessment of applications to clear vegetation for extractive industry and self-assessment of clearing under the Accepted Development Vegetation Clearing Code - Clearing for an Extractive Industry in South East Queensland only. Vegetation management wetlands map – version 9.14 - This dataset was certified on 3/07/2025. The vegetation management wetlands map as defined by s20AA of the Vegetation Management Act 1999.
