Full description

In collaboration with UWA00147, we developed 576 Fluidigm SNP, 239 indel and 8,668 high-quality DArTseq markers, which were used to generate an improved genetic map in the 97L380 (83A:476 x P27255) recombinant inbred line (RIL) population to anchor the Tanjil reference genome and map domestication traits. The results were published in two Plant Biotechnology Journal manuscripts. This dataset provides the detailed marker information in a graphical genotyping format.
