Analysis of data investigating clinically relevant animal models of peripheral artery diseases.

The dataset/document includes linear mixed effects (LME) model raw outputs as per navigation pane/bookmarks:

  1. LME model analysis of suprarenal aortic diameter as measured by ultrasound in mice receiving control diet or a diet enriched with tree nuts
  2. Final output: Basic LME of the log of SRA diameters
  3. LME model analysis of systolic blood pressure in mice receiving control diet or a diet enriched with tree nuts
  4. Final output: LME allowing for different standard deviations per stratum
  5. LME model analysis of diastolic blood pressure in mice receiving control diet or a diet enriched with tree nuts
  6. Final output: LME allowing for different standard deviations per stratum
  7. LME model analysis of body weight in mice receiving control diet or a diet enriched with tree nuts
  8. Final output: LME excluding residuals/standard deviation of residuals of >2
