In this study, we attempted to relocate and reassess all participants in research at the Personal Assessment and Crises Evaluation (PACE) Clinic (Orygen Youth Health, Melbourne) from 1993 – 2006 (N=416). The aim was to determine their outcome two to 14 years after identification as UHR. 311 participants (74.8%) were available for interview at follow-up [268 (64.4%) face-to-face, 40 (9.6%) telephone, three (0.7%) written]. Forty nine refused follow-up and a further 47 could not be located. Nine participants had died. Participants were asked to complete the full psychopathology and neurocognitive battery and provide a saliva sample. MRI and CANTAB were repeated if these had been conducted at baseline. Baseline psychopathology data is available of most participants. A majority also have some baseline neurocognitive data. Baseline scans are available for approximately 200 participants.
