Turriff West State School (School No. 1071) (VA 3834) was a small coeducational rural primary school in north-western Victoria.The school opened in 1917. In 1923 it was granted a single classroom to operate out of, as well as a 9-acre plantation.
Turriff West State School closed in 1973, likely due to low enrolments. As of 2025, it seems that the former school plantation is managed by Parks Victora (VA 4253) as Turriff West School Bushland Reserve.
Turriff West State School should not be confused with similarly named schools from the same region, such as Turriff Primary School (School No. 3735) (VA 3937), which existed from 1912 to 1978, and Turriff East State School (School No. 3695), which existed from 1911 to 1932.
