For the second voyage in 2016/17 chlorophyll a was analysed only. Measurements were taken at 6 depths throughout the water-column at each station. Additional samples were taken whilst the ship was in transit to and from Antarctica (transit samples) using the underway seawater line with the intake at 7 m depth.The data are in two separate spreadsheets – one for each voyage (2014/15 and 2016/17). All pigment concentrations are in µg L-1.
