Experiment 4 (excel and word document) The data was collected from four animal experiments were conducted to address below objectives: the first two experiments were conducted to determine the tissue distribution (in four selected tissues) and shedding profiles of CAV in specific pathogen-free (SPF) and commercial broiler chickens respectively up to 28 days post infection (DPI). The third experiment was conducted to study the dynamics of the virus over a longer period (56 DPI) in nine tissues. A fourth experiment was carried out to investigate the lateral transmission routes of CAV.When the this is live, link this dataset to: Tissue Distribution, Shedding Profile and Lateral Transmission of Chicken Anaemia Virus Alsharari, Mamdouh,Islam, Fakhrul,Walkden-Brown, Steve,Renz, Katrin Submitter: Balnaves Edmund Identifier: hdl:1959.11/215652&rft.creator=Alsharari, Mamdouh &rft.creator=Islam, AFM &rft.creator=Australian Poultry CRC &rft.date=2018&rft.coverage=-30.50828,151.67123&rft_rights= http://creativecommons.org/licenses/by/3.0/au&rft_rights=&rft_rights=Rights holder: University of New England&rft_subject=Veterinary Virology&rft_subject=AGRICULTURAL AND VETERINARY SCIENCES&rft_subject=VETERINARY SCIENCES&rft_subject=Animal Protection (Pests and Pathogens)&rft_subject=ANIMAL PRODUCTION&rft_subject=Farming Systems Research&rft_subject=AGRICULTURE, LAND AND FARM MANAGEMENT&rft_subject=Control of Plant Pests, Diseases and Exotic Species in Farmland, Arable Cropland and Permanent Cropland Environments&rft_subject=ENVIRONMENT&rft_subject=CONTROL OF PESTS, DISEASES AND EXOTIC SPECIES&rft_subject=Poultry&rft_subject=ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND ANIMAL PRIMARY PRODUCTS&rft_subject=LIVESTOCK RAISING&rft_subject=Veterinary virology&rft_subject=Veterinary sciences&rft_subject=AGRICULTURAL, VETERINARY AND FOOD SCIENCES&rft_subject=Animal protection (incl. pests and pathogens)&rft_subject=Animal production&rft_subject=Agricultural systems analysis and modelling&rft_subject=Agriculture, land and farm management&rft_subject=Control of pests, diseases and exotic species in terrestrial environments&rft_subject=Terrestrial systems and management&rft_subject=ENVIRONMENTAL MANAGEMENT&rft_subject=Poultry&rft_subject=Livestock raising&rft_subject=ANIMAL PRODUCTION AND ANIMAL PRIMARY PRODUCTS&rft.type=dataset&rft.language=English Access the data
