He was admitted to the Bar on 6 May 1955 and initially practised at 180 Phillip Street, Sydney. (Law Almanac 1957 p. 81)
Thomas Falkingham, Q.C.- Worker's Compensation Commission Judge appointed 3 August 1976 - Law Almanac 1978 p.55. He appears to have left this position in 1979 or 1980.
