Full description

This data was collected to investigate how the timing and duration of warming influence thermal performance in a model tropical reef damselfish (Acanthochromis polyacanthus).
The data contains measured performance metrics (adult physical attributes, reproductive performance, and offspring quality at hatching) across 4 treatment groups with different thermal exposure histories. The treatment groups include 1) developmental Control and post-maturation Control; 2) developmental Control and post-maturation Warm; 3) developmental Warm and post- maturation Control; and 4) developmental Warm and post-maturation Warm.
Please refer to the "Read me information" sheet for detailed descriptions of each data column.
The code for statistical analysis for each performance metric is given in respective HTML files.
