Brief description

This dataset contains transcriptions of interviews with 11 collection development librarians from 11 Australian public libraries.

The topics covered in these interviews include:
- collection development policies
- subject priorities
- approaches to knowledge

Interviews were semi-structured and were 45 minutes in duration. Each librarian was interviewed 3 times at 6 monthly intervals over a period of 18 months.
