Interventions. A total of 217 lesions removed and prepared by conventional histologic method and stained with hematoxylin-eosin were reviewed by up to nine independent pathologists for diagnosis using the MOLEM reporting schema. The nine pathologists for MOLEM schema were blinded to the original histopathologic diagnosis.
