Full description
Three crown rot x common root rot yield loss trials detailing the impact of Fusarium pseudograminearum and/or Bipolaris sorokiniana on disease severity, yield, physiology and agronomic traits. One data file “CR x CRR (unpublished)_disease data.csv” contains plant-level disease measurements collected at flowering and post-flowering stages. Another data file “CR x CRR (unpublished)_incrop data.csv” contains plot-level agronomic and yield data collected during the growing season and at harvest. The three yield-loss field trials were conducted in 2020, 2022, and 2023. Trials included inoculation treatments: plus, and minus Fusarium pseudograminearum and/or Bipolaris sorokiniana. Two bread wheat genotypes tested in each trial. In-crop data includes emergence counts, flowering time, whitehead incidence, yield, screenings, thousand-grain weight (TGW). Disease data includes lesion measurements on subcrown internode (SCI), main stem, and primary stems; plant height; tiller and head counts; DNA quantification of pathogens.Spatial Coverage And Location
