Full description
Nine crown rot in wheat yield loss trials detailing the impact of Fusarium pseudograminearum on disease severity, yield, physiology and agronomic traits were conducted between 2015 and 2018. Field trials were conducted at the Wellcamp Research Farm, Wellcamp, QLD; the Tosari Research Station, Pampas, QLD; the PBI Narrabri, Narrabri, NSW; and the CSIRO Gatton, Gatton, QLD. Plus, and minus Fusarium pseudograminearum inoculated plots of 12 bread wheat genotypes were replicated 3 to 4 times in each trial. Fusarium pseudograminearum colonised millet inoculum was applied into the furrow at planting in inoculated plots. All data is included in one file "Crown rot yield 2015_2018.xls" and contains two main data components: in-crop agronomic data and plant-level disease measurements. In-crop data includes plot-level yield and growth metrics. Disease data includes detailed lesion measurements and plant morphology traits. Data collected included emergence (plants per m2), plant height in crop, flowering time, whiteheads, yield, grain screenings, thousand grain weights, the length of lesion on each stem, the % of lesion on 15cm of the stem, the lesions on stem measured according to a scale, disease colour, plant number per row, plant height, tiller number per plant, head number per plant, the number of florets per head.Spatial Coverage And Location
