This data set is pertaining to the thesis, "The Economic Impacts of Food Loss and Food Waste in the Australian Apple Industry: An Equilibrium Displacement Model Approach". The Dataset includes documents which analyse the secondary data from ABS, Hort Innovation and Harvest to Home.
