Full description

The histopathological responses of human skin were studied in vitro following topical application of sunscreen products containing selected micro- and nanoparticles particles. Adult human skin (Caucasian, age 35-55) donated following elective radical abdominoplasty was used. A Franz cell diffusion apparatus (PermeGear Inc; Hellertown, PA, USA) was used to assess histopathological and morphological changes to the human skin.
