Brief description Pulmonary rehabilitation is a very effective treatment for chronic lung disease, but is accessible to less than 10% of Australians who need it. Telerehabilitation, the delivery of rehabilitation directly into the home using the internet, offers new opportunities to improve access and uptake. This trial will test whether telerehabilitation can improve wellbeing and reduce health care costs in people with chronic respiratory disease living in metropolitan and regional Australia.
