Brief description Teleretinal imaging will be used to assess risk for diabetic retinopathy and cardiovascular disease and the value of this service will be used to implement a full suite of telehealth services using an already developed web-based open source software application that is made available to this project license free. The Telehealth service is expected to reduce the impact of chronic disease in Indigenous communities in a cost efficient manner and to reduce the health care disparity gap
